Thank you for checking out FBC Hildebran. We are so glad you are here. We know stepping into a new church can be intimidating, and we want you to feel at home at FBC. So, here are some things you can expect when you visit us.

Music

First, we understand that churches are made up of many different kinds of people from different places and different backgrounds who appreciate different styles of worship. So, our services are very intentionally blended. Musically you will hear everything from contemporary praise and worship to traditional hymns and southern gospel. 

Preaching

​Our preaching is expositional. In other words, we believe that the Bible is the final authority in everything we think, say, or do and the goal of preaching is to expose what the text says as the original authors intended. While our preaching is expositional, it is also practical and delivered in a way that allows you to apply the biblical texts to your life today. 

Style 

​Don't concern yourself with trying to fit into a certain mold or worry about being like everyone else. We have people from all ages and walks of life at FBC Hildebran. You come as you are. There is a place for you here. 

The 4 G's  

At FBC Hildebran we have adopted the 4 G's, Gather, Grow, Give, and Go as our vision and purpose statement for the church. Based off of  Acts 2:42-47, we believe the church is where the body of Christ Gathers in worship and fellowship, Grows spiritually, Gives of our time, talents, and treasures, and Goes out to reach our world for Christ. Our goal is for everyone at FBC to actively be participating in the 4G's each week.
